Cancer recovery yoga & massage workshop

I am excited to have teamed up with Lisa Tate who is a certified Oncology Massage Therapist to host a Cancer recovery yoga and massage workshop. It will be a morning of fun, playful exploration. Teaching you gentle yoga poses where you can introduce self-massage and easy to do yourself at home. Giving you the tools you need to develop your self-care routine further.

When: Saturday June 18th

Time: 10am – 12pm

Venue: Exeter Nautral Health Centre, 83/84 Queens St, Exeter, EX4 3RP

Cost: £20 per person

Booking: Spaces are limited to 10 people, so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Sadly places cannot be held without full payment.

Cancellation policy:  All workshop bookings are non-refundable in the event that you have to cancel. If you have booked a place and are unable to attend, please let me know within 14 days of the event so that your place may be offered to someone else. I will do my best to fill your space if I have a wait list, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Most of you know me from my yoga work at Force if you came to my class. Lisa has been working with clients with cancer for over 10 years. She is a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist with 17 years of working with a wide variety of clients, including pregnant women and people suffering from chronic musculoskeletal pain. Autumn yoga workshop

Following the success of the Spring workshop we will be repeating a similar style workshop this Autumn. Exploring how our yoga practice and self care routine changes with the seasons. A chance to meet as a group to bring our yoga community together, which is nice for those of you who attend Zoom classes.

Time: 10am – 1.30pm

Where: Poltimore House, Poltimore, Devon, EX4 0AU

Price: £25 per person

  • Arrive at 10am to a warm welcome
  • Gentle yoga practice – Movement to help stimulate and awaken a sluggish metabolism and digestive system, elimination of toxins.
  • Pranayama (breath work) for relaxing the nervous system and the mind
  • Guided meditation
  • Ending with a relaxing yoga nidra (sleep)
  • 12pm we stop for a shared lunch and a bit of social time, please bring a plate of something to share. This helps to foster the sharing of community spirit.
